Eligibility

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of delivery. To be eligible:

• Plants must be unplanted and in their original container

Non-Returnable Items

Due to their perishable nature, we cannot accept returns on:

• All flower bulbs (Allium, Crocus, Daffodil, etc.)
• Cacti and succulents
• Any live plant that shows signs of being planted or removed from its container

Return Process

To initiate a return or exchange:

2. Include your order number and reason for return
3. We will provide a Return Authorization Number (RAN) and instructions
4. Securely package the item in its original packaging with the RAN clearly marked

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return:

• We will email approval or rejection of your refund within 5-7 business days
• Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method
• Original shipping costs are non-refundable
• For exchanges, we cover shipping costs for the new item
