Shipping Information
We ship our plants and bulbs with the utmost care to ensure they arrive in perfect condition, ready to transform your garden into a pollinator’s paradise.
Order Processing
Please allow 1-2 business days for us to carefully process and prepare your order for shipment. Each plant is lovingly inspected and packaged by our team.
Shipping Methods & Times
We offer two reliable shipping options to meet your needs:
- Standard Shipping (10-15 business days after shipping): We use trusted carriers like DHL or FedEx for fast and reliable delivery. The flat-rate shipping fee is $12.95.
- Free Shipping (15-25 business days after shipping): For orders over $50, we offer free shipping via EMS. This is a great economical choice for larger orders.
Please note: We are unable to ship to certain remote locations and parts of Asia. You will be notified during checkout if your location is eligible for delivery.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your garden treasures on their journey to you!
Our Returns & Exchanges Policy
We stand behind the quality of our plants. However, we also recognize that live products have unique needs. Our policy is designed to be fair to both you and the plants.
Eligibility
We happily accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of your order’s delivery date. To be eligible, the item must be:
- In the same condition as when you received it.
- In its original packaging with all tags still attached.
- Unplanted and not removed from its original container.
- All Flower Bulbs (including Allium, Crocus, Daffodil, and others)
- Cacti and Succulents
- Any live plant that shows signs of being planted or removed from its original container.
How to Initiate a Return or Exchange
Follow these simple steps to start the process:
- Contact Us: Email our friendly customer care team at [email protected] within the 15-day window. Please include your order number and reason for return.
- Get Authorization: We will respond with instructions and provide you with a Return Authorization Number (RAN).
- Pack Securely: Securely package the item in its original packaging. Clearly write the RAN on the outside of the box.
- Ship to Us: Mail the package to our nursery at:

Refund Information
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email notification of approval or rejection.
- Approval & Timing: If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
- Refund Methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded directly to your original card.
- PayPal: Refunded directly to your PayPal account.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping fees are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
