Our Return & Exchange Policy

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition as when you received it, in its original packaging, and with all tags attached.

Please Note: Due to the perishable nature of live plants, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on the following products:

  • Flower bulbs (Allium, Crocus, Daffodil, and other bulb varieties)
  • Cacti and succulents
  • All live plants that show signs of being planted or removed from their original containers

These exceptions help us maintain our commitment to plant health and sustainability.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start your return or exchange process, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your order
  2. Provide your order number and details about the reason for return or exchange
  3. We will respond with instructions and a return authorization number
  4. Package the item securely with the original packaging
  5. Include the return authorization number on the outside of the package
  6. Ship the package to our address at:

Use the following template when emailing us your return or exchange request:

Subject: Return/Exchange Request – Order #[Your Order Number] Dear Sun PolliBloom Team, I would like to request a [return/exchange] for my recent order (#[Your Order Number]) placed on [Order Date]. Product(s) to return/exchange: – [Product Name] – [Quantity] Reason for return/exchange: [Please briefly explain] I have reviewed your returns policy and confirm that the item(s) are in their original condition and packaging. Please provide further instructions and the return authorization number. Thank you, [Your Full Name] [Your Email Address] [Your Phone Number – Optional]

Refund Information

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days, and a credit will be applied to your original method of payment.

Refund Methods:

  • Credit card payments (Visa, MasterCard, JCB): Refunded to original card
  • PayPal payments: Refunded to your PayPal account

Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable. For exchanges, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.
