What types of plants do you specialize in?
We specialize in pollinator-friendly perennials, flower bulbs, and plants that support sustainable gardening. Our collection includes Achillea (yarrow), Agastache (hummingbird mint), Allium bulbs, Asclepias (milkweed), Echinacea (coneflower), and many other varieties perfect for creating a thriving garden ecosystem.
Are your plants suitable for drought-resistant landscaping?
Absolutely! We offer a selection of plants perfect for water-wise gardens, including cacti, succulents, Eriogonum (sulphur buckwheat), and other desert landscaping plants that thrive in full sun with minimal water.
Do you offer deer-resistant plants?
Yes, we have a variety of deer-resistant perennials that can help keep your garden beautiful without becoming a buffet for local wildlife. Look for our “Deer Resistant Plants” collection in our menu.

Ordering & Account

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, JCB, and PayPal for your convenience and security.
Do I need to create an account to place an order?
While you can check out as a guest, creating an account allows you to track your orders more easily, save your preferences, and receive updates on new plants and special offers.

Shipping & Delivery

Where do you ship?
We ship internationally to most countries! However, due to complex customs regulations for live plants, we are currently unable to ship to most parts of Asia and some remote regions.
What shipping options do you offer?
We offer two shipping methods:
Standard Shipping ($12.95) via DHL or FedEx: 10-15 business days after processing
Free Shipping (on orders over $50) via EMS: 15-25 business days after processing
How long does order processing take?
We take 1-2 business days to carefully hand-pack your plants at our Fayetteville nursery to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes! Once your order ships, we’ll send you a tracking number via email so you can follow your garden’s new additions every step of the way.

Returns & Guarantee

What is your return policy?
We stand behind our plants! If you’re not completely satisfied with your order upon arrival, please contact our customer care team at [email protected] within 15 days of receiving your package. We’re happy to help make it right.
What should I do when my plants arrive?
Please unpack your plants immediately upon arrival. If the soil is dry, give them a drink of water. Each plant comes with care instructions to ensure a seamless transition into your garden.
